Privacy Notice

This notice explains the early-player interest list for the independent Pirates & Treasures project.

What this registration does

With your consent, the project team collects your email address to send news about this game’s launch, playtest opportunities and your launch gift code. Joining is optional and free. It does not create a game account or guarantee access.

What we store

We store your email address, registration date, the version of the consent text you accepted, and a hashed private removal token. Registration records are not displayed publicly. A short-lived, hashed network identifier may be used to limit repeated submissions; expired rate-limit entries are removed during later signup requests.

Where the information goes

This site uses Cloudflare hosting and a Cloudflare database to operate the registration list. The list is available to the site owner for the stated game-update purpose. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added by this website. Hosting providers may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the service.

Email and retention

The form saves your interest registration; it does not send an automatic confirmation email or verify ownership of the address. The project team will use the list only for the game updates you requested and should remove records when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

Remove your registration

After a new registration you receive a private removal link. Save it and keep it private. Open it and choose “Remove my registration” to delete the record from the active list. Anyone with that link can remove that registration. Duplicate signups do not reveal or replace an existing private link.

About this project
